What do Soulfly and Ill Nino have in common? Well, the two bands are currently on tour together, yes, but both bands are also working on DVDs. True. Ill Nino’s DVD, currently slated for a October 25 release and titled ‘Live From The Eye Of The Storm’, will feature a live show from the band’s tour travels earlier this year. The show that was taped for this, was done in the great state of Pennsylvania. Pittsburgh, PA? Perhaps. Scranton, PA? Maybe. We’ll leave you hangin’ on that bit of info for the time being. The DVD will also house all the band’s videos, and feature an interview with the whole band…in fact, said interview was just shot this past weekend in a hotel suite in Las Vegas. True. Soulfly’s DVD will likely not surface until early next year, and looks to be titled ‘The Song Remains Insane’. The live footage on this release will prove to be quite worldly, featuring lots of European festival footage, maybe even footage from the band’s South Africa travels. More details to come as the goods for this piece are gathered.
To all of you expecting A-level or equivalent exam results today… we hope you get what you were aiming for. But, it is not the end of the world if you don’t.. you can always retake, and while there are plenty of people in the music industry with degrees, there are also plenty without who would argue that experience is just as valuable. Good luck!
The time is here. It is time for you to hear a brand new track from Illdisposed. ‘Dark’ has just been posted as a free MP3 download in the MUSIC section. The new album ‘1-800 Vindication’ will be released October 4.

A note from Trivium, following last weekend’s Florida RoadRage show, amidst the chaos of catagory 4 Hurricane Charley. “Hello Everyone We first want to extend our sympathies and best wishes to those who have been negatively impacted by Hurricane Charley. We especially want to thank everyone here in Orlando and the surrounding areas that braved the rains, loss of power, street lights and terrible driving conditions during the aftermath of Hurricane Charley to come out to the House of Blues to support the Road Rage Tour Featuring Chimaria & Machine Head (both putting on superb sets) – the support was awesome. Paolo is kicking ass on bass and doing a great job í¢äåäóì he has been a big help and things couldn’t be better. We had a great night – one of the best shows of the tour so far. It was great to see our friends and family and all the bands sounded especially great. We really appreciate everyone who came out to see the show. We want to thank Vegas from Real Rock 101’s Xtreme Saturday Night for the support & Matt Wagner from The Orlando Metal Awards and bassist extraordinaire from 5 Billion Dead for meeting with us and catching up on what’s been going on with the tour. Be sure to check out Matt W.’s Orlando Metal Awards web site í¢äåäóì there you can check out all of Orlando and Central Florida’s premier metal bands. The video for Like Light To The Flies is completed and we hope to have it out within the next few weeks. We think you’ll enjoy it. We’ve added a few more pictures from the Toronto show to the pictures link and would like to thank the gang at Still Live Pictures for sharing them. We are in Houston, San Antonio & Dallas this week before heading back to the Midwest – we are really looking forward to these shows í¢äåäóì the tour has been a lot of fun so far and there are plenty of shows left. Well, that’s it for now í¢äåäóì we hope to see you at one of the shows. m/ Matt, Corey, Travis & Paolo” In other Trivium news, the band have now about finished writing the material for their debut Roadrunner album and will be heading off to record the music after the Road Rage tour finishes. They ran into their friends from Raging Nation Films (Dale & Kim) not long ago who shot their video for í¢äåñLike Light To The Fliesí¢äå (final edit in progress). í¢äåñRageí¢äå has cranked out a bunch more high quality videos for bands like the mighty Fear Factory, Dirty Americans, Agnostic Front, 36 Crazyfists, Shadows Fall, Dry Kill Logic, Misery Signals, Hatebreed, Candiria, Twelve Tribes, Boys Night Out, God Forbid, Unearth, and Seemless to name a just a few! Trivium’s í¢äåñLike Light To The Fliesí¢äå was one of the first music videos Dale did on 35MM film.
