OPETH CONFIRMED FOR HAMMERFEST 2009
Posted on December 12, 2008METAL HAMMER have announced that OPETH will be headlining HAMMERFEST 2009.
Hammerfest will take place Friday 24th April – Saturday 25th April 2009. Opeth headline the 24th, with Bullet For My Valentine headlinig the Saturday. Others on the bill include Saxon, Hammerfall, Skindred, Cathedral, Alestorm, Grand Magus, Sabbat, TYR, Exit Ten, Annotations Of An Autopsy, Trigger The Bloodshed and Dream Evil, with more TBC.

SAMMY HAGAR PERFORMS ROCK CANDY
Posted on December 12, 2008SAMMY HAGAR has performed in many guises- not only is he a star in his own right, but Van Halen and Montrose have also benefitted from his presence!
To make yourself a lil more familiar with the man, the legend, that is Sammy Hagar, check out the footage below of Sammy performing ‘Rock Candy’, a track from his Montrose days, taken from their self titled 1973 debut. Composed by all four members of the band, the song still gets performed on Sammy Hagar’s solo tours.

DOOR AND STAGE TIMES FOR TRIVIUM BORDERLINE SHOW
Posted on December 9, 2008Just to give you folks lucky enough to have a ticket for the TRIVIUM show at the Borderline, London on December 9th a heads up, as there is NO support at the show, doors are at 7pm and the band will play at 8pm.
We repeat. The hour to mosheth like a mo fo is 8pm. Thats 20.00 in 24 hour clock. Military time 2000!!!
