Three-times Grammy nominees STONE SOUR have teamed up with MTV and Gift Music for one of their exclusive ‘MTV Presents:’ live shows at London’s Dingwalls venue on Tuesday, 19th October, just around the corner from MTV’s UK HQ in Camden.

As the anticipation builds to fever pitch this week ahead of the release on Monday of ALTER BRIDGE’S brand new album AB III, we have been doing our best to deliver some Alter Bridge goodies to keep you going until release day.

There’s an old adage that says the only way out is through, and with Times of Grace, the singer and guitarist were able to use the vehicle of music to overcome and work their way through personal struggles.

In yesterday’s part 1 of our AB III special with Myles, he filled us in on the writing process of ALTER BRIDGE’S forthcoming album AB III. In today’s installment, Myles tells us more about the recording process of the album- where the record was put together, the vibe in the studio, how he prepares and what it was like working with producer Michael “Elvis” Baskette. He talks in particular about the emotional hurdles he had to overcome when singing track ‘Wonderful Life’.
