Yesterday saw KIDS IN GLASS HOUSES play BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Bangor, and as part of Radio 1’s documentary tonight (May 24th), the band will be part of a tour of the town by some of the locals. Tune in online HERE from 9pm to listen in!

When you’re traipsing across a continent as big as the Americas then you are going to encounter some diverse weather systems and on tour with HIM recently DOMMIN did just that, one of them being one hell of a mothertruckin’ storm!

The guys documented the event and you can check out some of their treacherous drive in the clip which an be found in the player below.

MELISSA AUF DER MAUR spoke to Spinner UK about her new release OUT OF OUR MINDS when in London recently:

“…It’s the story of a woman who travels through time on the hunt for the heart. There are Vikings, 19th Century logging camps, witches. In some ways the film is nonsensical and psychedelic. The chorus of ‘Out of Our Minds,’ the title track, is the key to the whole thing. “Travel out of our minds/And into our hearts standing by.” I had been writing for a year and I had been looking for the key to define what this journey was. That was it. It’s an invitation for people to let go of the mind for something else. It’s a universal story. It’s happening every day and it’s been happening or thousands of years.”

Not only that, she chatted about former band Hole’s new endeavours and about being a 110 year old bald man in a previous life! Read the full interview HERE.
