REVOKER AT SONISPHERE UK 2011

Posted on July 19, 2011

Welsh rockers, REVOKER, killed it in front of a packed audience at Sonisphere UK this year and the reviews popping up online only serve to confirm this. They had to stop letting people in the tent at one point and it wasn’t even raining!? GigsandFestivals.co.uk were some of the ucky folks to make it into the tent before lockdown and they had this to say:

With songs like ‘The Great Pretender’ they demonstrated their usual dramatic stage presence, with all four of them head banging and Chris Green swirling his long locks. Despite a three week stint on the road these Welsh metallers put their heart and soul into their performance and it really showed, as they wowed the crowd, many of whom came to talk to the band at the barrier after the set. You can read more of that article here.

Chris caught up with Sonic Shocks (read here) and was filmed for an interview with Onslaught Radio too (watch here). Jack chatted to CraveMetal, which can be seen at this location and if you fancy seeing a bit more of that Welsh cheekiness, check out his interview with Rock Radio before the band’s set here. There are some awesome photos about too! Jamie filmed a podcast with Kerrang!, which you can see below or click here to watch his interview with Bring the Noise.

The band have just come off touring with CAVALERA CONSPIRACY with a support gig with
Ozzy Osbourne in between, and will be heading out with The Defiled In November too.
