No, your eyes do not deceive you. That’s Zakk Wylde with William Shatner of Star Trek fame!! It would seem that Shatner has enlisted Zakk’s help in the recording of a cover of Black Sabbath’s ‘Iron Man’ for his forthcoming album ‘Seeking Major Tom’, a collection of sci-fi, space-themed songs.

Of Wylde, Shatner commented, “He’s fantastic! I’m energized.” Wylde was thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Shatner and added, “He’s super cool, we had an awesome time working together.”

Zakk Wylde will be in the UK with BLACK LABEL SOCIETY later this month when the band land here for their forthcoming UK tour in support of current album OrderOf The Black!!
