KENNY WAYNE SHEPHERD ON HIS FENDER STRATOCASTERS
Posted on October 14, 2010KENNY WAYNE SHEPHERD recently chatted to Music Radar, the leading website for musicians, about his favourite Fenders.
Obviously a pretty accomplished guitar player, it’s not just his prowess that’s worth talking about- his guitar collection is pretty notable too. His favorite guitar (his “baby”) is a 1961 strat, and while the guitar is irreplaceable, Kenny teamed up with Fender to make an exact replica — complete with every scratch, ding and imperfection as the original. And while that’s cool enough for any guitar player to be able to say, what’s more is Shepherd also has his very own signature strat with Fender — black with some muscle car racing stripes. But we’re not here to give away the whole story…
