Cradle Injuries Won’t Affect Tour

Posted on February 12, 2008

Cradle of Filth’s Dave Pybus: “Our schedule is pretty grueling right now. We have a few injuries at the moment too. Fans in South America will have seen that our Guitarist Paul Allender was not present. His stand in for the tour was our studio engineer, Dan Turner. Paul suffered a serious hand injury prior to the tour and we did not want to cancel as we had worked hard planning the trip for months. Paul is now fully recovered in time for this recording session and the U.S. tour which starts on Hallowe’en with Arch Enemy, Bleeding Through and Himsa. I also managed to injure my back during the show in Santiago, Chile but we only had one more gig to play before I could return home and rest. That seems to be recovering day by day”.
