In Buffalo, New York. Actually I just remembered it’s a street. But if I said “reporting from the street” everyone might think I was using urban slang, and that I was standing in front of an abandoned convenient mart or an otherwise bustling crack house, which I am not. Unless the house behind mine IS a crack house and I just dont know about it. The moral of the story is: dont rule anything out, because you never know. So we’ve been home for a few weeks now preparing for our 2 month stint on OZZFEST, the biggest tour of the summer if you dont count JOHN MAYER touring with MAROON 5 (get your tickets now because they’re going fast!). In case anyone has enquiries as to how a band such as ourselves prepares for the biggest tour of our lives, it involves chopping down trees and having a yard sale. We’ve all kept quite busy here in the US of A since we last saw anyone in February, having toured with As I Lay Dying for a month before heading out with OZZFEST-mates Throwdown for 2 short weeks. We have written a new song which has gotten the ball rolling for the intense writing that will begin in September and continue up until the night before our next record is recorded.
